Why do you employ apprentices?

We employ apprentices because they are very eager and work very hard. We like to give as much help to the community as possible by helping young people develop new skills and gain qualifications through apprenticeships.

How do apprentices benefit your organisation?

Apprentices benefit our organisation because they are willing to learn, this means that they always put 100% into everything they do. Ensuring that they work to the best of their ability.

What’s the best advice you can pass on?

Go for it! You won’t regret it it is always good to have people working for your company who are hard workers and willing to work.

Enthusiasm is a voluntary organisation based in Derby that helps young people fulfil their potential. It employs various different methods of youth work to achieve its objectives including mentoring, youth clubs, residential, learning , workshops, sports, dance and the arts. Many of these activities are delivered through the Youth Inclusion Project (YIP) and Entry to Employment (E2E).
