Any employer who uses a Fair Train training provider is automatically entitled to the support and services provided by Fair Train. There is no charge for these services.
Any training provider who wishes to become a Fair Train training provider has to go through a formal approval scheme.
The Fair Train Steering Group is responsible for approving training providers who apply to be Fair Train Providers by submitting a completed Application Form which needs to be signed by the organisation’s Chief Executive. When making their decision about whether to grant approval, the Steering Group will consider the following criteria:
A majority of members need to vote in favour of accepting a new organisation as a Fair Train training provider.
Organisations can be removed from the list of approved Fair Train Providers once an Application for Removal or a complaint that has been received by the Fair Train Steering Group has been considered.
